Creative Leadership expert, learning strategist, facilitator and personal development enthusiast with over 20 years of experience at the intersection of Corporate Culture, Learning and Development (L&D), and Organizational Design.
Throughout her career, Marília has partnered with some of the world’s leading organizations, including Google, Unilever, Volkswagen, Dupont, J&J, and Zalando, to cultivate vibrant and creative communities of lifelong learners and high-performing teams.
Her global work with businesses and educational institutions encompasses orchestrating strategic initiatives and the full lifecycle of talent and learning products – from curation and design to delivery in online, hybrid, and in-person formats – for senior leaders, creatives, entrepreneurs, and innovators.
She holds an MBA in Creative Leadership and has served on the faculty of various local and international leadership programs.
The foundation of BothAnd Catalysts is deeply rooted in Marília's unique perspective, shaped by her experience as an early entrepreneur who led and grew her first business immediately after university, coupled with her tenure in corporate executive roles and as a professor in both undergraduate and graduate business programs.
In quieter moments, Marília turns to writing fictional stories and collage art, two ways she makes sense of the world by connecting what doesn’t seem to fit, and discovering beauty in the in-between.
