​​​With over a decade of experience in change management and leadership at global organizations such as IBM, bp, and Zalando, Szilvia has led large-scale transformation initiatives, equipping leaders to navigate complexity and helping foster resilient, change-ready cultures across international teams.

At BothAnd Catalysts, she facilitates customized training sessions and programs that support change and transformation initiatives or strategic upskilling, and are often coupled with coaching services.

She is accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and her work draws rich perspectives from her three master’s degrees — in American Studies, Film Theory & Film History, and Financial Management.

After living in Budapest, Krakow, and Berlin, Szilvia now enjoys the beauty of the Alps and Lake Como in Italy with her family. Outside of her professional work, music plays a vital role in her life — especially the joyful flow of playing instruments, which continues to inspire her presence.
