Having experienced a professional world dominated by either/or thinking, where creative tensions were rarely used as sources of transformation and 'soft skills' were often dismissed as 'fluff', our founder, Marília, began to expand her knowledge and expertise in techniques that invite new perspectives.

With every opportunity – with teams she led and in executive education programs she designed and delivered – she tested and applied tools that allow fundamental people skills to be understood and practiced in a more contextualized, pragmatic, and encompassing 'BothAnd' way.

Seeing tangible results and behavior change, what once was only an idea became a method. What once was frustration is now a purpose: to grow a community of catalysts who master, on a continuum, the human skills that move the needle. As in chemistry, the ‘Catalysts’ gain the ability to speed up transformation for themselves, for businesses, and for the community around them.
