​​​Throughout her international career — spanning Canada, the United States, Ireland, and Germany — she has collaborated with organizations and institutions such as IU International University of Applied Sciences, George Brown College, and the ReDI School of Digital Integration, designing and facilitating transformative programs for educators and leaders navigating digital, cultural, and organizational change.

 

Holding a Master’s in Education from New College of San Francisco, a Bachelor of Education from the University of Toronto, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Guelph, she combines academic depth with practical expertise.

 

At BothAnd Catalysts, she draws upon this expertise to help leaders, teams and individuals strengthen their communication and influence practices. Her work is centered in supporting the development of dialogue cultures rooted in emotional intelligence, feedback and radical candor — balancing care and challenge to accelerate trust, accountability, and performance.

 

When time allows, Sara can be found cooking for friends, lingering around a table in long conversation, or exploring the world by canoe or by foot — ways of connecting that remind her that curiosity, like good dialogue, always deepens when shared.
